Listing Commission. We offer listing commission discounts off  the standard 3% listing commission in Georgia. We offer full service at a low listing (seller) price of  $ 5000. 

Listed until SOLD or Your choice of Listing Period (minimum 90 Days). Listing on FMLS only. 

Seller Representation.  Agent Desai is highly professional and experienced and will represent you with your best interests in mind.

Contract Negotiations.  Your skillful agent will negotiate the highest sales price and best terms for you.  Home inspection contingencies for any repairs will also be negotiated by your agent.

Listing Price Recommendation Agent Desai will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) based on past sales and current competition in your neighborhood and suggest a listing price.

Photography – We will take up to 20 photographs of your home. Drone photography charges can be discussed separately.

Open House – We will hold 1 open house typically on the first weekend after listing on FMLS.

Attend closing Agent Desai represents you at the closing.  Should any last minute problems come up, your agent mediates in order to close.
