After you’ve searched online for new home communities that interest you, take our completed client registration form, along with you and present to the home builder’s sales staff (during your initial visit). This must be done at your first meeting, else you run the risk of there not being a buyer commission to fund your rebate! Contact us immediately if you have any questions before, during or after your visit to receive a new home rebate!
